  • We are sold exclusively through Custom Integrators, or companies more commonly known as Home Automation Companies. If you have an existing company who handles your Home Automation System mention BrightVault to them, or reach out to us directly and we will work with them to get a system designed.

  • Yes. The inverters we use are able to backup all three phases at the same time, unlike many of the mass produced energy storage systems on the market who are only able to backup 2 legs.

  • As all custom homes are unique, please reach out and we will put you in touch with a dealer for system sizing and pricing for a system that is fit to your home.

  • We understand the design process of a custom home very well and understand you may need information before a dealer is selected for the project. If you are looking for information beyond what is shown under the “Resources” tab please reach out and we will get you the information you are looking for.

  • The Inverters and Battery units are warrantied for a total of 10 years from the date of installation. The Warranty on the BrightVault Processor is 3 years.

  • Yes! The BrightVault system can work with existing solar pv systems as well as new systems being installed. We will work with the solar installer to ensure seamless integration.

  • Yes! We use Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries which can be broken down to materials and refurbished for more use or recycled.
